Louise loves a challenge which is depicted in some of the stunningly unique, unusual and elegant cake designs which can been seen in the cake gallery. With all her years experience and amazing artistic ability, Louise will create a wedding cake this is just for you!

Using only the finest ingredients Tony makes the most delicious moist cakes ranging from dark chocolate mud cake, to carrot cake, orange poppy seed cake and traditional moist fruit cake to name just a few. If you have special dietary requirements, Tony will make a cake specifically to meet your needs.

Louise specialises in crafting individual cake decorations from your choice of icing or clay. Brides and Grooms can have comic or realistic faces with their clothing also customised to match what you are wearing on the day.

If you want everlasting flowers, Louise can also make your arrangements from specialised silk in the most realistic colours. Louise has made many bridal bouquets, bridesmaid's flowers, button holes and wedding flowers.
